Shipping is a flat $4.00 per order within the United States, and it's free on orders over $25. You'll see the exact total at checkout before you pay.

Because each card is handmade, please allow 1–3 business days for me to make and pack your order. Once it ships, U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. So most orders arrive within about a week to a week and a half.

Right now the website ships within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would love a card, send me a note — I can sometimes arrange international shipping, and any customs or import fees would be the buyer's responsibility.

Cards are packed carefully with backing to keep them flat and protected. If anything arrives damaged, message me with a photo and I'll make it right.

Checkout is powered by Stripe, so you can pay with all major credit and debit cards, plus options like Apple Pay and other wallets shown at checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe — they're never stored on this site.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over a secure, encrypted connection, and this site never sees or stores your full card number.

Any sales tax required for your location is calculated automatically and shown as its own line at checkout, so you'll always see the full total before you pay.

Since cards are made quickly after you order, please request any changes or a cancellation within 1 hour of purchasing. Reach out as soon as you can and I'll do my best to help before it's made.

Absolutely — just message me after ordering with any special instructions. Cards come blank inside so you can write your own message, or I can help with a custom touch.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo and I'll send a replacement or refund. Because cards are handmade and personal, I'm not able to accept returns on used items, but I'll always work with you to make things right.

Custom and personalized cards are made just for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged — but I'll share a proof when possible so you can approve the design before it's finished.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link appears right on the thank-you page. Just click to save the file to your device. (Tip: digital orders skip shipping and the shipping address entirely.)

Printable cards come as a high-resolution PDF you can print at home or at a print shop. SVG designs come as a file ready for Cricut and other cutting machines. Each listing tells you the format.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all digital sales are final. If you have any trouble downloading or opening a file, message me and I'll help right away.

Downloads are for personal use — print as many as you like for yourself, gifts, and your own events. Please don't resell or share the files. Interested in commercial use? Just ask.

Yes — it's my favorite thing! Inside jokes, hobbies, names, dates, colors… tell me about the moment on the custom order form and I'll follow up with ideas, pricing, and a timeline.

Yes — every card is designed and hand-cut by me (hi, I'm Lauren!) in Orange, California. No two are mass-produced; small, lovely variations are part of the handmade charm.

Cards are a standard greeting-card size and arrive blank inside with a coordinating envelope, ready for your message.
